RAGE: A Graphic Novel When I was a little girl, I wanted to grow up to be a Tyrannosaurus Rex. At the tender age of 26, I found out that I would never achieve that dream, and so to fill the void left behind by my shattered hopes, I created this comic, along with my friend Chris Geis. Chris has since moved on to a very fulfilling family life, while I meander about, telling stories about dinosaurs and video games from 1994. Primal Rage was a favorite fighting game of mine, back in the day, and its a property I've become rabid about reviving. This story is my baby, and it takes a considerable amount of effort to draw, color, and write for (hence its long delay in updating which I promise to remedy soon). Poor Chris doesn't know what he's done, I'm sure, leaving the story in my hands. I simply scrutinize the hell out of everything I take on that becomes mine and mine alone. They're judging me!!! Rage is the story of Keena Amali, Avatar of Talon, the God of the wild. It's probably best experienced on a good high, but I think sober people might appreciate its dark undertones and what will eventually become a rather complex storyline. Meanwhile, I hope those of you who don't live a sober lifestyle, enjoy the dinosaurs... Warnings for violence, profanity, and a good amount of sex... between humans, you sicko. |
